Very poor quality and will not acknowledge defective products.
Look elsewhere if you want quality.
Horrible company! We placed an online order and our account was charged immediately for the $276. That was fine. Then 5 day's later they decide to take an additional $276 from our account&our item's haven't even been shipped. We've called customer service and spoke to Chris, obviously got no where with him&lied to. We've e-mailed them several time's and still we're yet to even get a response. Extremely angry off&what we're all going through now a day's with this epidemic going around money is extremely scarce. Our order was only $276 and they've got the audacity to fkn take $552 from us and it sure in hell hasn't been credited back to us.. Also we just received our item's this am and one item we ordered isn't even the size we PURCHASED!!! Worse company and we'll never do business with Vineyard Vines again.

My daughter & son , both loves this brand started by 2 brothers???? Their cotton tshirts , polos , hoodies etc arc are so so good & comfy .

I used to love their site, products and support. Their products still look great and they have some unique offerings. That is about where the satisfaction stops. Just had to return an order because it didn't fit (not like we can just venture out to the local stores with ease these days to try something on). No problem - painless process to start the return. Then it all goes to hell from there. 60 days to receive a refund!? C'mon. Returned 2/23, yet didn't arrive at the return facility until 3/10. This starts the 60 day countdown for return. Buy in store if you don't want the company to hold your merchandise and your money if you need to make a simple return.

I returned the CHEAP LOOKING DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY absolutely do not recommend DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY The clothes will break and worse still when they do you won't be able to wear them Won't buy online again even if it was a fraction of the price because I will not support a brand that can't support their customers when they need it

Horrible customer service!! They do not back up their products. Bought a button down shirt for present for my husband. He wore it once we washed it and in washer all buttons in shirt fell off and crumbled. When contacting customer service because the shirt was a lot of money they said nothing could be done because shirt not covered from normal wear and tear. I explained this was not normal wear and tear it is poor quality clothes and they still did not offer to give a new shirt or refund. Horrible products and customer service. I have been buying vv clothes for years the quality has become horrible and to top it off so is customer service. I will be shopping elsewhere and so should you!
Site seems to run by robots. I placed an order for my grandson, and immediately realized I had ordered the wrong size. Tried to change the order but only got robots. Finally directed me to an email address. The email response started out: "unfortunately..." They told me they cannot change the order but I could return the wrong size and order the new one. When I tried to return, robotic website refused. Back to the email - 4 times and a report to the PA Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. They finally sent me a gift card. Worthless since I never plan to buy from them again.
Less Than a One
I think the people in customer service and their leaders are missing a link !!!!Ordered on black Friday sale, $579 for Christmas gifts. Was sent email with shipment info on Dec 5th. Noticed on tracking that it had not moved from Akron Ohio.. Called, given the excuse of the " virus"... called back on the 22nd when it still had not moved from Akron Ohio. Talked to someone that had to be high..."The Virus" my daughter called on 12/28/20. was told they would refund me what they didnt have and send me what was instock and "expediate " Free. ( never i am sorry or what can i do to make this right ?) I get 2 emails with tracking and check my bank record. Not only did they charge for "expediated " shipping but also for the same quarter zip at FULL PRICE. So I PAID FOR THE SAME THING 2 TIMES!!! CALLED THIS MORNING , SUPERVISOR CALLED ME BACK... She could never understand that they charged me 2x for the same thing. I told her I would make this simple, they needed to refund every dime I spent and whatever they shipped to me , I would return .. they just needed to send me a shipping label to send it all back and I would never shop at Vineyard Vines again. Now I know why they have bad customer service because she emailed me , said the quarter zip was no longer on sale so they charged me over $100 without my permission.?????? She refunded all my money but not the money they charged without my permission ..... So not only did I not have all my Christmas gifts for Christmas, I am going to contact my bank about that illegal charge.
I cant stand ignorant people !!!!!! and they wonder why their customer service sucks ??? If Shep and Ian really cared they would contact all the customer service complaints and offer good customer service. Patagonia will get all my business from now on !!!!!!
Ordered a sweater, returned it via USPS -- the returned sweater (according to USPS tracking) was delivered to V V on Dec. 3. No notification of receipt and no refund?? Miserable customer service!
I placed my order on 12/2/20, and it was acknowledged received on 12/2/20 that I would receive (estimated) on 12/8/20. With that in mind, I expected to have the item for an event I planned to wear it on 12/16/20. It is now
9 pm on 12/22/20, and no idea where my order is. USPS tracking is sporadic and inaccurate at best. I usually shop with Johnson & Murphy who has excellent customer service. I will NEVER make the mistake of shopping with Vineyard Vines again! I will be lucky to get my money back, as it appears I will never see my purchased item. For the money they ask for their product, i would expect better customer service than what has been available and provided. NEVER AGAIN !

I placed an online order on December 11 but missed the cutoff for Friday shipping. No worries; the site says my order will be shipped Monday 12/14.
Nope! On Tuesday they proudly announce my order has been shipped -- via UPS, complete with the UPS logo on the page. The tracking number doesn't work, but the email and my experience say that this is not unusual.
The rest of the week there is still no progress. On Friday I call and am told that my package is in PRESHIP and DHL has it?? Say what??
My customer service agent cheerfully explains that this is normal??? Well, maybe in her version of reality....
On Saturday I go for the mail and guess what? My shipment has arrived via USPS (For the benefit of the geniuses at VV this is the Post Office)
The tracking number from USPS matces the 'UPS' tracking number from VV. What can I say??

Vineyard vines is my favorite brand to shop for good clothes. Their quality, reliance, and customer service is amazing! The colors and fabric really are the best for any type of occasion. They have fast shipping and good deals. I am always on the site buying new clothes for my kids to wear. They love the clothes as well! If you are looking for a good website for good clothes, vineyard vines is the place to go! They fit well, and they have a great variety of colors, designs, and sizes. Thank you for being the number one clothing store for us, Vineyard Vines!????
